For years, I have explored and discovered what intrinsically motivates people and how to empower them to drive meaningful change individually, in their companies, and for the world. This journey has lead me to build a career as a human-centered organizational designer and strategist, specializing in learning and transformations for companies at all stages.

As a certified coach, I work with individuals seeking personal and professional growth. I'm also the Founder of Surprisingly Good, a consultancy and think-tank dedicated to solving challenges through collective intelligence and emerging technologies.

In 2024, I concluded my role as the Head of Culture & Organizational Transformation at Green Dot Corp. My previous experiences include being a management consultant at the EY wavespace innovation center, an HR Consulting leader at Capital One, and a Global Partnership Director at Hyper Island. My industry expertise spans technology, finance, advertising/marketing, retail, automotives, consumer product goods, life sciences, healthcare, and more.
